Complainant Guess:
Tamo.in: Very likely the complainant should be”Tata Motors LTD”. Tata motors owns names like tatamotors.in,tamo.co.in,tatamotors.co.in..etc.tata motors is a popular brand too.
Fbpasswordhacker.in: Very likely the complainant should be “hack fb password”. hack fb password owns name like hackfbpassword.org.
Indeedworld.in: Very likely the complainant should be”Indeed”. Indeed owns names like indeed.co.in,indeed.com,indeed.jobs,.indeed.org,indeed.net..etc Indeed is a popular brand too.
Crownpackers.in: Very likely the complainant should be” Crownrelocations”.crown reloactions owns crownrelocations.co.in.
Respondent:
Tamo.in : Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Southbank, London. Domain name is resolving and showing the “Make an offer” Page.
Fbpasswordhacker.in : Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Shaoyang, Hunan. At the moment the domain name is parked in sedo.com and showing facebook hacker related links.
Indeedworld.in: Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. At the moment site can’t be reached.
Crownpackers.in: Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Mumbai. At the moment the domain name is resolved and showing a developed website “crown relocation”.
Honorable INDRP Arbitrator:
Dr. Sudhir Raja Ravindran is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for tamo.in ownership dispute.
Ms. Lucy Rana is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for Fbpasswordhacker.in ownership dispute.
Ms. Rachna Bakhru is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for Indeedworld.in ownership dispute.
Dr. Ashwinie Kumar Bansal is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for crownpackers.in ownership dispute.
Expected Decision:
Our guess is all are obvious trademarks except Tamo.in. “Tamo” is a CVCV.in/4L.in domain name and an acronym. It is quite unfair / unethical for someone like Tata Motors claiming the outright righs for acronyms / generic domain names. Also Tamo.in has registered much ahead of the trademark registered by Tata Motors (assuming Tata Motors is the complianant). So far INDRP is completely biased towards just listening to TM owners, hope at least some new precedent will be set here. If Tata is behind it , it is such a shameful act by a big company like TATA following unethical practices to snatch away the generic / acronym domain name from rightful owner.
