Nikilesh Ramachandran is appointed as the arbitrator by NIXI, In this particular dispute, the complainant has filed the instant complaint challenging the registration of the domain name and complainant preferred this arbitration for raising this dispute for redressal of its grievances.
Grievance Redressal: It is a management- and governance-related process used commonly in India. While the term “Grievance Redressal” primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from citizens and consumers, a wider definition includes actions taken on any issue raised by them to avail services more effectively.
The arbitrator issued the notice on the instant dispute and called to both the respondents and explained regarding this dispute, on 17-1-18 Respondent 2 agreed to release the disputed domain in favor of the complainant.

1.Registrant’s domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a name, trademark or service mark in which Complainant has rights.
2.The registrant has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of domain name.
3.Registrant’s domain has been registered or being used in bad faith.
In this particular dispute, respondent has agreed to release the domain name on his own will, so the arbitrator has straight away awarded the domain name in favor of the complainant.
