In the given dispute complainant is the leading provider of the prepaid and financial payment products and services which was founded in 2001. The complainant is the registered owner of “RELOADIT”. The complainant supports management programs and has number of physical and digital distribution of prepaid products across the global network. Complainant provided that he is also the owner of the domain <www.reloadit.com>. Complainant states that the respondent is fraudulently using the disputed domain in order to receive payment and information form the viewers and respondent is not related or authorized by the complainant to do so. It was found that the domain is identical and confusingly similar to the complainant’s mark (RELOADIT). It was also held that the registration of the domain was done and being used as bad faith, since the complainant didn’t authorized the respondent to use the infringed trademark and the disputed domain was being used to earn undue profit. It was held that complainant was able to prove its entitlement on the disputed domain hence the domain is to be transferred to the complainant immediately.
