Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Delhi, at the moment the domain name is parked under Sedo and the landing page is showing Mille Miglia Wheel product links.
Standardelectricals.in:
Respondent of the domain name is a resident of Kerala, at the moment the domain name is showing the GoDaddy parking page. It is looking like the domain name is just registered and not in use.
Honorable INDRP Arbitrator:
Mr. Harshavardhan Sancheti is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for 1000miglia.in ownership dispute.
Ms. Pooja Dodd is appointed as the INDRP arbitrator for standardelectricals.in ownership dispute.
Expected Decision:
Previously 1000miglia.co.in won by the same company decision came on August 27th, 2018 now they filed the new dispute on 1000miglia.in.Seems to be they will win the same. For standard electricals, unable to find a perfect brand so will wait for the decision of an honourable arbitrator.
