Seller of the domain name (Also a member of .IN whatsapp group member) has notified Our.in and Our.in could verify the sale. Uni-registry has charged 15%+25 USD escrow withdrawal fee, seller is happy as the broker was pretty good and helped to negotiate a good price through phone.
