Several .IN domain names registrants are reported they couldn’t register new .IN domains / couldn’t transfer or renew .IN domain names at dynadot.com registrar.
Registrants are facing this issue for almost 4 days and Dyandot has not sent a formal communication to all impacted registrants. Those who contacted the Dyandot.com directly receiving the communication similar to the one mentioned below:
“We are sorry for the delay in processing this order. We just had a server migration and we are still waiting on Nixi to whitelist our new IP which is causing the delay (it should not have taken this long). I will keep an eye on the order and make sure it gets processed ASAP.”
It’s almost 4 days still those orders are not processed by Dynadot.com
Lack of communication on this front by Dyandot.com is certainly leading to further speculations in social media.
Lets hope this tech issue will be resolved soon (or) an official communication will be sent by Dynadot clarifiying the current situation.
